Common questions

Is Hutch on the App Store? Not yet. It’s being built one step at a time, starting with your private inventory.

Can you see what I’ve added? No. Your inventory is encrypted on your iPhone, and the keys never leave it. See the privacy policy.

I lost my phone. Can you recover my data? We can’t, because we never have your keys. Your recovery key can. Keep it somewhere safe, away from your phone.

Please don’t email us your recovery key. We will never ask for it.
